Road to Yellowstone Park from I.90. Bridal Cave sign somewhere in Nebraska. Cannon Mountain sign, New Hampshire.
U.S.89 goes south to Yellowstone Park from I.90 east of Bozeman, Montana. This is in central Missouri. The cave may be near Camdenton on US 54, but the sign was probably seen from I.44. Thanks to Tyler Fields for the info. Cannon Mountain and Old Man of the Mountain are in the Green Mountains off I.93 in New Hampshire.
Sign to Loon Mountain Ski Area, New Hampshire. Sign for Thousand Islands area, New York. Onondaga Indian Reservation off I.81, New York state.
Loon Mountain and Kancamagus Highway are off I.93 in central New Hampshire. Nearing the northern end of I.81 in upper New York State.  1000 Islands are in the St. Lawrence River. Sign pointing to Onondaga Indian Territory, off I.81 in upper New York State, one of several tribal lands in New York.

Oswegatchie River, way up in New York State.

Verrazano Bridge sign with World Trade Center behind. Newark Airport sign from New Jersey Turnpike.
Oswegatchie River, probably on NY Route 3 in north-central New York. This is from I.278, the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway (BQE), looking over to Manhattan and the Twin Towers. The Newark Airport is off to the right, as seen from the New Jersey Turnpike, I.95
New Mexico sign. Albuquerque sign. Moriarty, Rte. 66 sign.
This is from somewhere along I.40 in New Mexico. Heading west on I.40 towards Albuquerque, New Mexico Old U.S Route 66, which often parallels I.40  is a big tourist and nostalgia attraction in New Mexico.
Welcome to North Carolina sign. Marlboro sign, Winston-Salem, NC. Cincinnati, Ohio sign.
Welcome to North Carolina via I.77, I believe. Part of the sign outside a tobacco plant in Greensboro, NC. Marlboro, Benson & Hedges. Downtown Cincinnati, Ohio, from I.71 or I.275. The stadium is home of the Cincinnati Reds..
Jeep Drive, Willys Drive in Detroit, MI. Welcome to Willard, Ohio, sign. Oklahoma ostrich farm sign.
This is on I.75, in Toledo, Ohio. Do they still make Jeeps here? Tyler Fields caught my initial error. Willard, Ohio, on U.S.224 in north-central Ohio It appears that ostriches are also raised in Oklahoma, but where?
Sky City Casino, Oklahoma sign. Arbuckle anticline sign, Oklahoma. Welcome to Pennsylvania sign.
Sky City Casino is probably on I.40, but I don't remember where in Oklahoma Arbuckle Anticline, a geologic feature of the land near I.35 in Oklahoma. Welcome to Pennsylvania.  This might be on I.70 in western PA.
